The Kieu Project offers free and express shipping in the United States territory. Delivery in New York City is 1 business day. Currently, we do not ship internationally. 

Orders placed after noon EST will ship next business day. Orders placed after 12PM PST on Friday will ship out Monday.

POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

All orders are shipped with tracking number. If you selected a traceable shipping option, please follow these steps to trace your package:
